The Pampering Alternative to Flowers
All gift baskets are wrapped in masses of tissue paper, sprinkled with real rose petals and contain a personalised message card and are then packed in a plain cardboard box wrapped in kraft paper. The recipient will be able to smell the delicious bath goodies before she has even opened the box. Please note that unless specifically requested, no gift basket will be sent anonymously.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Our delivery service is not available week-ends and bank holidays. Where orders have been placed for delivery on any of these dates and we are unable to contact you in time, we will deliver, where possible, the gifts the day before or the day after the date requested.
All gift boxes for delivery within England and Wales are sent by Business Post courier and should arrive for the next day provided the order is placed before 12.00 midday.* Deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland which are under £35.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Gift baskets over £35 will be sent by Business Post courier service. Charges are listed above and on the product pages. The discrepency in price charges to Scotland, Northern Ireland and BFPO address are to do with weight as gift baskets priced at over £35 weigh over 2kg and therefore fall into the 3 kg and above price category which is more expensive. Please note that BFPO will not deliver parcels weighing more than 2kg to any operational area.If you mistakenly place an order which falls above this weight (ie gift baskets of £35 or over) will we endeavour to fill the gift basket with small items to the same value to reduce the weight. If this is not possible we will offer you a full or partial refund for a lighter basket.
* Please note that from March 2007 until March 2009 we cannot guarentee a next day delivery service, Please allow 3 working days for goods to arrive. This is because Katie Singleton is based in Germany and whilst Treat That Girl will be operating out of the UK, it cannot operate to the same turn around time.
If the recipient is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your gift (eg porch, garage etc). If there is no safe place (ie the recipient lives in a terraced house, please inform Treat That Girl at time of placing order by writing instructions in the message section of the order form. Please also inform Treat That Girl if you want the gift box signed for. The recipient must be in and any additional attempts to deliver will incur an extra £5.50 charge. If the gift basket has been delivered to the correct address and signed for then Treat That Girl can take no responsiblity if it is not received by the person to whom it was addressed.
Please note that the gift will be returned to Treat That Girl after five working days from the date of delivery if no further delivery instructions are received.
