Complaint / Refunds

Once you have placed an order you are committed to purchasing that product. However should you have a complaint you must put it in writing to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Any refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

Availability

If your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately. In this event you will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel your order or you may select an alternative gift. In some instances we may, at our discretion, replace the product wih a similar and suitable alternative.
